Meta obbligata è la visita al famoso Santuario di San Francesco alla Verna Situato in un promontorio roccioso e circondato da boschi e foreste di faggi.
Nel Santuario troviamo la Basilica di Santa Maria Assunta dove sono presenti i dipinti di Andrea Della Robbia,la chiesa di Santa Maria degli Angeli, il Sasso Spicco dove San Francesco pregava e una cappella costruita nel luogo dove nel 1224 ricevette da Cristo l'ultimo sigillo.
Dal Santuario si possono fare passeggiate nei sentieri e nei boschi per ammirare la natura tra alberi maestosi, fiori bellissimi e animali protetti.
